Product Mirroring Wizard is a Shopify app built and operated by Metal Weave Games. It keeps duplicate or regional product listings in sync with a parent listing inside a merchant's own store. This policy explains what the app stores, why, who else sees it, and how long it lasts.

What the app stores

• Product references. The Shopify product IDs and titles of the products a merchant links as parents and children. This is the sync mapping itself.
• Sync rules. The merchant's own configuration: which fields mirror from a parent to its children.
• Sync logs. A record of each sync: the product IDs involved, whether it succeeded, any error message, and when it ran.
• Store record. The store's myshopify domain, its Shopify ID, and which app plan it is on.
• API credentials. The expiring access tokens Shopify issues so the app can update products when a sync runs.

The app stores no customer or buyer data of any kind: no names, no emails, no addresses, no orders. It never receives or stores payment details. Billing for the app itself is handled entirely by Shopify.

Why it is stored

Every item above exists to do the one thing the merchant installed the app to do: know which products mirror which, apply the configured fields when a parent changes, and show the merchant what happened. None of it is sold, rented, or used for advertising or profiling, and none of it is used to train anything.

Who else sees it

• Shopify is the source of all product data and handles authentication and app billing.
• Railway hosts the application and its Postgres database.

There are no other processors, no analytics services, and no ad tech.

How long it is kept

Data is kept for the life of the installation so the merchant's sync rules keep working. On uninstall, the app's access credentials are deleted immediately. When Shopify sends the follow-up shop redaction request (about 48 hours later), every record the app holds for that store is deleted: mappings, rules, logs, and the store record itself.

Because the app holds no customer data, customer data requests and customer redaction requests from Shopify are acknowledged with nothing to return or erase.
